Grade Listings and Conservation Orders preserve a buildings structural make-up to ensure its survival for future generations.Our craftsmen briefly hold the baton of history, keeping traditional techniques alive with their specialist knowledge. Heritage work is inevitably bespoke requiring the use of re-claimed materials, which we source through our supplier network. Period buildings often uncover unforeseen obstacles, which require skilful adaptability, to maintain high standards whilst achieving a sympathetic quality result. Our renovations have included Edwardian, Victorian to Elizabethan period properties, incorporating brickworks, in-situ plaster castings, site mouldings, lead roof works, box guttering, stain glass repairs and lime mortar plasterworks, to name a few.
